1. Services Provided

Build N Craft offers an integrated platform connecting customers with end-to-end construction, design, and execution services. The scope includes:

• Helping customers discover and select appropriate construction packages.
• Executing projects per mutually agreed contracts with tracking, reporting, and milestone updates.
• Building material supply is strictly for B2B (registered businesses) only; individual customers (B2C) are not eligible for direct material purchases.
• Specific timelines are followed for each category of material delivery.
• Invoices for material supply are generated within 48 hours of delivery.
• Build N Craft may connect clients with plot developers for a fixed commission fee but does not engage in land price negotiations.
• Client promotion and marketing services are available for a fee. Pricing of real estate properties will not be negotiated by Build N Craft.
• Package rates are dependent on the built-up area and the number of floors.

2. Access and Use of Platform

• Account Information: You must provide accurate and up-to-date account information, including an active email address for notifications.
• Usage Restrictions: Users are prohibited from:
  • Modifying, reverse-engineering, or reproducing the platform or services.
  • Renting, leasing, or sub-licensing the services.
  • Using the services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
  • Supplying false information or misusing the platform in any way.
  • Using the platform unless you are a registered business (especially for material purchase).

3. Payments & Charges

• Charges for Build N Craft services will be communicated in advance.
• All applicable taxes are extra and will be included as per legal requirements.
• Payments are due immediately upon the initiation of services or delivery.
• All transactions are final and non-refundable unless expressly decided by Build N Craft.

4. Technical Support and Platform Access

• Standard technical support will be provided to all registered users.
• Build N Craft is a service facilitator and not liable for third-party actions.
• Users must refrain from uploading any illegal, abusive, or inappropriate content.
• Violations may result in immediate account termination.

5. Account Data and Transaction Information

• Transaction details may be shared via call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
• Customers will be notified when their information is stored on the platform.
• Consent must be obtained from customers for:
  • Profile creation.
  • Transaction updates.
  • Promotional communications.
• Services should be discontinued for any customer who revokes their consent.

6. User Responsibilities

• Users must ensure all shared information is accurate and promptly updated.
• Users are solely responsible for compliance with legal requirements.
• Users must cooperate with Build N Craft in legal matters if needed.
• Regular backups of transaction data are recommended.
• Users are strictly prohibited from:
  • Violating intellectual property rights.
  • Introducing malware or harmful software.
  • Engaging in data scraping or content duplication.
  • Using the platform for illegal or unethical purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content and rights belong to Build N Craft or its licensors.
• A limited, non-transferable license is granted for using the services.
• Feedback and suggestions provided by users can be used without compensation.
• No rights are transferred unless explicitly stated.

8. Termination

• These terms remain in effect until terminated.
• Build N Craft may suspend or terminate access for any violation of terms.
• Upon termination:
  • Access to services ceases.
  • Outstanding payments become immediately due.
  • Certain obligations may survive termination (e.g., indemnity, liabilities).

9. Disclaimers and Warranties

• All services are provided on an "as-is" basis.
• Build N Craft does not endorse or guarantee service outcomes or third-party actions.
• Users must perform their due diligence before entering any transactions.
• Build N Craft is not responsible for disputes between users or other parties.
• Liability for damages, losses, or interruptions is limited to the fullest extent permissible by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Build N Craft and its representatives from any legal claims, losses, or costs arising from your use of the services, breach of terms, or violation of rights by any person using your account.

11. Limitation of Liability

Build N Craft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or business arising from the use of its services. You agree to release Build N Craft from all such claims.

12. Data Usage & Privacy

• Data will be collected and used in line with Build N Craft's Privacy Policy.
• Your usage data may be analyzed for improvement of services.
• Data may be disclosed to legal authorities when mandated by law.

13. Service Modifications

Build N Craft reserves the right to change, add, or remove services or features at any time without notice or liability.

14. Legal Compliance

• You must comply with all applicable central, state, and local laws.
• Non-compliance may result in account suspension or termination.
• If needed, Build N Craft will suspend services for any misuse or illegal activity.

15. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

• These terms are governed by Indian law.
• All disputes will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad.
• Arbitration will be conducted in Hyderabad under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 by a sole arbitrator appointed by Build N Craft.
• Arbitration will be conducted in English, and parties must maintain confidentiality.

16. Express Delivery Terms

Available In: Hyderabad

Eligibility:

• Plot size: 1,200–2,400 sq.ft.
• Built-up area: Up to 3,000 sq.ft.
• Minimum two floors.
• Road width: Minimum 30 ft with space for storage and labor shed.

Conditions:

• More than 3 design revisions will void the offer.
• All documentation must be verified before approval.
• 3.5% advance payment is required to begin.
• Timely payment adherence is mandatory.
• Soil or site anomalies may change delivery timelines.
• Build N Craft may update or withdraw the offer at any time.

17. Miscellaneous

• Modifications: Terms may change. You will be notified. Continued use implies acceptance.
• Severability: If any clause is invalid, the rest remain enforceable.
• Assignment: Rights may not be transferred without written consent.

• No Third-Party Rights: These terms benefit only Build N Craft and the user.
• Force Majeure: Build N Craft is not liable for delays due to unforeseeable events.
• Entire Agreement: These terms supersede prior agreements.

• Marketing Consent: By signing up, you authorize contact for offers and promotions. Such contact will not be considered unsolicited.
• Warranties: A 5-year structural warranty is provided by the contractor. Build N Craft does not provide direct warranties for construction work.
